Project Specialist:

The Project Specialists is responsible for the daily interface with customers, coordinating order requirements for the customer and associated account personnel. Develop quotes, enter orders, coordinate specification development for fabrication and/or distributed items, and assist on special projects as necessary. Complete follow up with job completion, i.e. order acknowledgements and special requirements to ensure customer requirements have been met or exceeded. Other duties as required:
Duties include:
Extensive computer skills including MS Office Package
Advanced MS Excel skills are a must
Ability to effectively manage 6-10 concurrent projects under accelerated schedules
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
Knowledge of inventory management / order entry systems (IBM AS/400)
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and customers
Proven ability to work independently & demonstrated problem-solving skills
Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated conflict and complaint resolution skills a plus
Ability to read blueprints helpful

To be qualified for this position you must have:
1
years of customer service experience
Experience with construction projects
Knowledge of layout and design (blueprints)
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Savvy computer skills including MS Office package
Bachelor's Degree preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
