We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude.
The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what's right for our customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customerso Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicleso Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionso Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectivelyo Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationo Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concernso Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished resultsQualifications
Qualifications:
o Positive attitude and a desire to serve customerso 3
years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanico ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieveo Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicleso Meet or exceed hourly goalso Aptitude for learning additional skills and processeso Professional appearance and strong communicationo A desire for long-term career developmentPhysical Requirements:
o Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundso Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their heado Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repairo Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolso Walk/stand for the majority of their workdayo Drive manual transmissions vehicleso Efficiently navigate a computerAdditional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
