We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Operator on 3er Shift(8 hours) for our Fountain Inn, SC location, we offer Full-Time positions with Competitive Pay and Benefits to include 3 weeks of vacation, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, generous 401k with employer match.

50/hr shift premium PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for performing production work in manufacturing.
Starts, operates, tends, stops, and cleans machines.
Assembles and packages finished product.
Inspects product to ensure high quality standards.
You would usually work as part of a team under the supervision of a shift leader.
Responsibilities:
Set up and Operate complex production line equipment per procedure.
Follow tight tolerance and detailed equipment set up procedures.
Work and follow procedures in a cleanroom environment.
Respond to and trouble-shoot basic machine errors and process non-conformities.
Report moderate and complex equipment faults to maintenance staff or supervisor.
Report moderate and complex process non-conformities to technician or engineer.
Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
Clean and maintain work areas and machinery in an orderly fashion.
Other tasks as assigned SKILLS:
Excellent computer skills Good math skills Willing and able to work with chemicals Ability to stand the whole shift.
Willing and able to lift 30 lbs.
and push heavy carts.
Ability to learn new job functions as needed.
Ability to multi-task and monitor multiple stations at one time.
Ability to train other operators in all aspects of the department.
Ability to follow instructions and lead area employees with little supervision.
Ability to follow all safety and environmental standards for the department.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED is Strongly Preferred Strong mechanical skills and experience Ability to read and write in English Ability to lift weight or exert force up to 25 pounds.
Ability to work with chemicals and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Good manual dexterity to handle small tools and/or small units Computer skills/Experience with touch-pad control preferred Ability to work overtime as needed Experience in the operation of manufacturing equipment Experience supporting machinery.
