We are looking for a friendly receptionist who will handle front desk responsibilities, such as greet visitors, answering phones, routing phone calls in accordance to our office policies, and handle AR/AP invoices that come in.
We are looking for:
Familiarity with AP/AR invoicing Self-motivated individuals, who can work with minimal supervision Friendly and welcoming Provide professional image Comfortable on the phone Ability to organize, multitask, and has good communication skills Willing to learn and be trained We offer:
