Responsibilities:

Research, evaluate and purchase supplies based on price, service and quality to meet the needs of the organization
Review que in Solar and place purchase orders
Item Set-Up and Maintenance
Vendor Set-Up and Maintenance
Update all pricing in Solar
Run inventory valuation report daily to help minimize inventory
Expedite purchase orders and track when incoming inventory is needed, monitor orders and move dates accordingly
Consistent communication with Sales and Engineering departments with a sense of urgency and quick response time for all departments
Create and follow up with work orders regarding kitting projects We offer:
