Job Description Responsible for managing site security to ensure the protection of people, property and, assets according with specific Bosch Corporate Security Policies and Guidelines Coordinate external security and alarm service providers with the objective to ensure plant security, install and maintain access control, video surveillance, and security/safety alarm systems and devices. Project and construction management as well as contractor and general services management. Maintain and update a property loss and prevention program (Site security Plan). Establish, install and maintain key (physical and electronic) controls on departmental communication equipment and property access. Evaluate incidents and determine course of action. Investigate and solve facility security/maintenance related problems using standard problem-solving tools / methods. Lead projects to improve safety, energy, quality, cost and delivery of site. Monitor and support security-related processing for cleared staff. Develop physical security responses and Acts as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs. Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree, or equivalent job-related experience, and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area, Engineering and/or Criminal Justice degree preferred. Knowledge of US and SC security and fire regulations and requirements. Basic knowledge of control systems; e.g. access control software, alarm systems surveillance systems, etc Effective organization, communication, and problem solving skills. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
