Welcome to Bosch. Job Description Lead team of IE's in the development and adherence to manufacturing standards for work methods and times. Develop and support standard work plan and maintenance in SAP routings. Develop and support productivity and capacity analyses/reporting based on SAP routings and data. Maintain and improve processes for plant layout accuracy and standardization. Apply statistical and mathematical models to optimize manufacturing processes, calculate staffing requirements, and setting production targets. Evaluate and recommend cost reduction alternatives. Compile and analyze operational, test, and experimental data necessary for the application of lean manufacturing principles in the design and integration of business systems. Perform other essential and peripheral duties as required. Qualifications oBS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 7
years manufacturing experience. oIn depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. oKnowledge of ergonomics and workplace design. oExposure to continuous improvement process and kaizen events in production. oExperience with work method time measurement. oWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP R/3 or other resource planning software, Microsoft office (including excel and access). oExceptional statistical analytical and problem solving skills. oBasic hydraulic understanding or other relevant experience. oExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. oTeam oriented, self-motivated, flexible and organized. $80K -- $100K
